Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing SumTanned. To ensure every client receives the best experience and appointment times are protected, please review the following booking policies.

Deposit Requirement

All appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

    •    Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without issue.

    •    Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

No-Shows

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling depending on the day’s schedule.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are not officially confirmed until the deposit has been received.
